- Mario Ordoñez-Calderon –– a Navy veteran, indigenous Mayan, physical therapy assistant, and outdoor enthusiast who co-founded Un Mar De Colores—a not-for-profit that seeks to make surfing accessible to youth of color. He’ll show us around the local taco scene, and illustrate how the spirit of surfing brings a love of food to life.
