INGREDIENTS
375 mL Camarena Reposado
¾ cup of Triple sec or orange juice
2.5 qt. Fresh watermelon juice
.5 qt. Fresh squeezed lime juice
6 Tb. Fresh ginger juice
2 cups spicy simple syrup (2 cups sugar, 2 cups water, 2 cups chopped jalapeños)
RIM: Kosher salt and toasted red chili powder
GARNISH: Watermelon wedge
HOW TO PREPARE
Combine sugar, water and jalapeños in a saucepan, and heat to a medium boil. Cool, then strain out the jalapeños. Add to a serving carafe, along with Camarena, triple sec (or orange juice), watermelon juice, ginger juice and lime juice. Mix and serve in ice-filled glasses rimmed with salt and chili powder. Garnish with a watermelon wedge. Repeat as needed. ¡Salud!
